NYU-POLY 2010  HIGH SCHOOL CYBER FORENSICS CHALLENGE  On line registration opens Sept. 8th

The cyber security program at NYU-Poly is sponsoring a remote cyber-mystery competition called the "High School Forensics Challenge." Your task is to get a team of 1-3 students together along with a faculty mentor and compete remotely to become a finalist. Twelve teams of finalists will be brought to NYC with their faculty mentor to compete in the finals competition and awards ceremony on October 28-29th. YES Scholars Competition

The College Board announces the 2011 Young Epidemiology Scholars competition. The awards: up to $456,000 for high school juniors and seniors who apply epidemiology principles to health related research projects. Application deadlines: Early February each year.
